What we take...
We accept consignment items from old to new that will help to enhance any room in your home. Below is a basic list of what we accept.
Upholstered furniture, bedroom furniture, lamps, decorative accessories, bookcases, framed art, area rugs, dining furniture, children's furniture.
We are selective about what we take the list above. We always ask to see photos BEFORE items are brought to the store.
A few definite things we don't take, are dolls, collector plates, toys, children's items with moveable parts(i.e.high chairs, cribs). Please feel free to call us with questions regarding items we accept.
What we do...
We offer design services to our customers , such as in-home paint
and color consultations, to space planning and room arrangements. We
also offer options for refinishing and painting furniture.We love to work with what you have and make your home function for your family's needs. We ALSO love to have fun making your home look great!
What to expect...
We keep your items for four months. After 30 days, the price is reduced by 10%, 25% after 60 days, and finally 40% after 90 days. When your item sells you will receive 50% of the selling price.
After the 120 days of the consignment period you will have 10 days to collect your remaining items. Any items left beyond 130 days will be disposed of at Generations discretion. Consignor payments are mailed in the middle of the month following the sale of the item.
